Chris Rath as been serving clients in Delaware for over 20 years. He graduated from Tatnall High school and the University of Delaware. His university focus was pre-law and mass communications. He graduated in 1984 with a B.A. in Communication and was accepted into Widener School of Law. Chris forwent law school and elected to work for Chase Manhattan Bank instead. Later, he began his career in Real Estate Brokerage in 1986.

As a practitioner of Real Estate Brokerage and a preferred Real Estate Agent in Newark DE, Chris has met many challenges and solved unique problems for each client.
He was able to take advantage of his flair for marketing when he was a marketing director for a start up real estate firm. He was able to incorporate his vast knowledge of the local real estate community and his sold reputation when he was chosen to be the corporate liaison for a large home developer. Finally, he was able to exercise his knowledge of home values and sales trends when he was a real estate appraiser for many of the local banks.
He brings all of this experience to each of his clients. Chris also brings his association with one of the strongest Re/Max Real Estate agency and office in Delaware. With over 65 agents Re/Max Sunvest enjoys a strong position in the local market of homes for sale.
